Advocate and Voice of the Employees
Today's employees must be high performance sportspeople and allrounders at the same time. They should be flexible, efficient, achievement-oriented, highly qualified, up-to-date concerning their formation, team-oriented, they should have social and organisational skills, and they should be self-dependent, fit, healthy and balanced. It is difficult and arduous indeed to achieve this ideal. Employees Switzerland supports its members so that they become and remain fit for the job market.
Even employees who have always done their job well and correctly can be made redundant or can be bossed. Employees Switzerland fights for their rights and assists them.
Employees have concerns, needs and interests. Employees Switzerland gives voice to them and enforces them.
