Working colleagues

As an employee representative or board member of a member organization, you act on relational levels. You need the right tools to meet all demands.

With the right expertise, you can be a committed advocate for the concerns of your colleagues. You act on different relationship levels, each of which has its own challenges and requires specific skills. Our courses for employee representatives and board members of member organizations offer comprehensive knowledge to master their task and the daily challenges of the function.
All courses and extension modules can be combined and booked as closed group courses per company on a date of your choice. The courses are free of charge for employees of companies that are members of ASM.
Further information and booking of extension modules: weiterbildung@angestellte.ch, Tel. 044 360 11 11.
