Our work.

Health

Work must not make you ill. Employees Switzerland advocate this and counsel you concerning prevention  and health measures.

High workloads, changes and uncertainty in the workplace are increasingly stressing employees. In Industry 4.0, numerous established work patterns are becoming redundant. New jobs are emerging, but they often do not fit the skills of the employees.
The psychological stress impacts health and with it work performance. High illness rates afflict the economic progress of a company.
Employees Switzerland advocate modern internal health management and counsel both employees and HR managers.
