Our topics.

Our work.

Work must not make you ill. Employees Switzerland advocate this and counsel you concerning prevention  and health measures.

High workloads, changes and uncertainty in everyday working life can be a stress factor and affect the well-being of professionals.

In the modern workplace, many jobs are being lost. Even though many new jobs are created, they often do not match the skills of professionals. The great challenges of the modern workplace can put psychological and physical strain on professionals and affect their work performance. Employees who suffer, who become depressed or otherwise ill: this is neither in their own interest nor in the interest of companies and society.

Angestellte Schweiz calls on everyone to work for a balanced physical and mental health of the employed. Angestellte Schweiz itself contributes to this and is committed to modern occupational health management by means of advising professionals and personnel managers.
