Employees Switzerland is also a founding partner of "plattform", the political alliance of independent and solution-oriented employee and professional associations. With over 88,000 members, it acts in the interests of the service professions, which currently employ 80 percent of the workforce (and rising), and the knowledge professions, the fastest-growing group of professionals in Switzerland. It works on innovative solutions in education, social and economic policy dossiers. This is the only way to enable working people to have a fulfilling professional life and to develop their potential throughout their entire career.
