Chemical and pharma industry

Our company cooperations in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry offer employees reliable and transparent employment conditions. The companies increase their attractiveness for skilled workers and specialists.

Employees Switzerland is a decisive contractual partner in companies in the chemical, pharmaceutical and biotech industries and maintains a social partnership with various companies. Together, the company's terms of employment are agreed upon. Economic and social developments can thus be adapted quickly and tailored to the company in question. In this way, the employment conditions are always in line with the times and industry-specific.

We counsel companies, without obligation, regarding the possibilities of a company cooperation. We also offer our expertise as a social partner and counsel you on questions relating to employment and personnel regulations.
