Angestellte Schweiz is calling for an average pay rise of 1.5 per cent for the 2027 pay negotiations, as well as binding commitments to investment in further training and healthy working conditions.

Almost half of all employees do not have any salary discussions at work. Similarly, almost the same number of people do not expect their salary to increase in 2025. This is a worrying fact, which is particularly evident among women. 54% of women do not expect a pay rise, while this figure is significantly lower for men at 37%. This is the result of a survey commissioned by Angestellte Schweiz and conducted by DemoSCOPE.

The social partners have agreed on a new collective bargaining agreement on staff leasing for the next four years. It brings with it a higher minimum wage (+3.2% in 2024) with automatic inflation compensation for the coming years.
