Company Cooperations

Increasing the attractiveness of a company in order to attract the employees needed for its success is essential in view of the shortage of qualified personnel. Employees Switzerland is a reliable partner in creating transparent working conditions that allow all employees to fulfill their professional lives.

Employees Switzerland maintains a social partnership with numerous companies. Together, the company's employment conditions are agreed upon. Economic and social developments can thus be adapted quickly and tailored to the respective company. In this way, the employment conditions are always in line with the times and industry-specific.

We counsel companies, without obligation, regarding the possibilities of a company cooperation. In addition, we offer our expertise as a social partner and advise you on questions relating to employment and personnel regulations, working time agreements or company health management.
